How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at Arah19 is simple. Browse our collections and click on the item you like. Select your desired size and click the 'ADD TO CART' button. Review your selected pieces by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page. Once you are satisfied with your selection, click 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' to enter your shipping details and finalize your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can check out completely as a guest. However, registering an account with Arah19 allows you to track your shipments, view your past order history, and save your shipping addresses for a faster checkout experience next time.

How do I create an account?

Simply click on the user account icon or the 'Sign In / Register' link at the top of our website. Fill out the quick registration form with your details.Once submitted, you can instantly log in using your credentials.

How do I edit my account details?

Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Account' dashboard. From there, you can easily update your saved billing and shipping addresses, contact number, email address, and account password.

Is my personal information kept private?

Absolutely. Your privacy is a priority at Arah19. Your personal data is kept secure, confidential, and fully encrypted. We will never share or sell your information to third parties. For complete details, please review our Privacy Policy.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

Go to the Sign In page and click on the 'Forgot Password?' link. Enter your registered email address, and a secure automated link will be sent to reset your password. For safety reasons, our support team cannot view or email your old password.

Payments & Currency

What payment methods do you accept, and is it safe to use my card?

We accept the following payment options across Pakistan:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the delivery agent in cash upon receiving your parcel. Please try to have the exact amount ready, as couriers do not always carry loose change.

Can I pay in other currencies?

Since Arah19 exclusively caters to and delivers within Pakistan, all orders are processed strictly in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

Arah19 operates and ships strictly within Pakistan. We do not cater to international shipping at this time.

How long does delivery take, and what are the costs?

Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 5 to 7 working days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination city. If your parcel faces unexpected transit delays beyond this window, please contact us immediately via our WhatsApp support channel with your Order ID.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same-day or next-day expedited delivery services.

Why did an item in my shopping cart disappear or become unavailable?

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve or lock the stock. If another customer completes their checkout for that specific item or size before you finish your purchase, the item may sell out and disappear from your cart.

Is my package insured, and do I need to sign for it?

Yes, all shipments are fully insured against theft or transit damage while traveling from our warehouse to your doorstep. Once the package is delivered and signed for at your designated address, responsibility transfers to the recipient. To maintain security, our courier partners require a signature/proof of delivery and cannot drop off parcels without verification.

Can you ship one order to multiple addresses?

We can only ship to a single address per order. If you want to send outfits to different addresses, please place separate orders for each location.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement by reaching out to us on WhatsApp 

How can I track my order?

The moment your order is confirmed, a unique Order ID will be sent to your email address. You can use this ID to view updates in the 'My Account' portal. Once handed over to our courier partner, a tracking number and portal link will be shared via SMS so you can monitor its journey live.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not offer cash refunds or general returns if you simply change your mind. However, we do offer a straightforward Exchange Policy if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incomplete item. Please contact us via WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery, and we will happily exchange the item for you.

Do you allow exchanges on sale items?

If a sale or clearance item is verified as defective or damaged upon arrival, we will honor our exchange policy. You can exchange it for a replacement article within 14 days of receiving your package.

Will I receive a cash refund if I am unhappy with my product?

Arah19 has a strict no-cash-refund policy. We do not issue cash refunds or online store vouchers. We strictly offer product exchanges for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, provided the issue is reported within 14 days of delivery.

There is a defect in my product. What should I do?

If you discover a manufacturing fault or received the wrong article, please contact our support team on WhatsApp immediately. Share your Order ID along with clear photos or a short video of the defect. We will process a fresh exchange for you right away. All claims must be raised within 14 days of receiving your package.

Do you offer a repairs service?

No, Arah19 does not offer an after-sales clothing repair or alteration service.

Do you offer online Gift Cards?

Currently, Arah19 does not sell or offer Gift Cards.
