Welcome to Arah19. By browsing, accessing, or shopping on this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

  • Arah19 operates and delivers exclusively within Pakistan. All orders, prices, and transactions are listed and processed strictly in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, modify product availability, or update website content at any time without prior notice.

2. Accounts & Registration

  • While you can browse our store and check out as a guest, creating an account helps you view your past orders and track your deliveries easily.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and updating your personal details (shipping address, contact number) accurately.

3. Orders & Payment (Cash on Delivery Only)

  • Arah19 operates strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis across Pakistan. We do not accept online credit/debit card payments on the website.

  • Customers are requested to pay the exact order amount in cash to the courier agent upon receiving their parcel.

  • Order Modifications & Cancellations: Since orders are processed quickly, any change or cancellation must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly on WhatsApp.

4. Shipping & Transit

  • Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 5 to 7 working days.

  • All shipments are fully insured against transit damage or theft until they reach your doorstep. A signature or proof of delivery is required by our courier partners upon drop-off.

  • We can only ship to one address per order. Separate orders must be placed for multiple shipping destinations.

5. No-Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Arah19 maintains a strict No-Cash-Refund and No-Store-Voucher policy.

  • We strictly offer Product Exchanges if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incomplete item.

  • To claim an exchange, you must contact our support team via WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your package. You will need to provide your Order ID and clear photographic or video proof of the defect.

  • Sale or clearance items are also fully eligible for an exchange if they are verified as defective upon arrival.

6. Marketing & Communication

  • By providing your contact information, you agree to receive administrative updates (Order IDs, tracking details) and promotional alerts via SMS or WhatsApp. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

7. Changes to This Agreement

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our operational policies. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of the revised terms.
