Whether you’ve purchased a design from our in-house embroidered collection or a partnered brand stock, we’ve got you covered.
Our 15-Day Exchange Promise
We offer a “No Questions Asked” 15-Day Exchange Policy for most items (excluding sale products). If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
What Can You Exchange?
You may exchange:

Unstitched or Semi-Stitched dresses (from both Arsh19 or partner brands)

Products in original, unused, unwashed condition
-
Items with original tags, labels, and packaging intact
You cannot exchange:

Sale items or discounted products
-
Products damaged due to customer handling
-
Items washed, stitched, or altered
-
Accessories or items marked “Non-Exchangeable”
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange:

Areas Eligible for Exchange Pickup
We offer exchange services in areas where courier pickup is available. If your area isn’t currently supported, we’ll guide you through the manual return option using a courier of your choice.
We are working continuously to expand our service across Pakistan.
What Can You Get in Exchange?
You can choose any of the following:

Any product from our current collection

Any item priced equal to or higher than the original product’s value
Note: Exchange is valid only once per order. In case you’re still not satisfied, a re-exchange may be considered based on product eligibility.
Can I Exchange for an Item of Lesser Value?
No. The exchange value must be equal to or more than the original item. If your chosen item is more expensive, you can pay the difference through:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Bank Transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa
Are There Any Charges for Exchange?

Exchange is free for most items.

In case of a value difference, COD or transfer charges apply.

Return shipping costs may be your responsibility, depending on your location and reason for return.

Any COD or courier handling fees are non-refundable.
How Soon Will I Receive the Exchanged Item?
After your returned product is received and inspected:

Exchange will be dispatched within 48 to 72 hours

You’ll be informed via email, SMS, or WhatsApp
If we face unexpected delays, we’ll notify you right away.
Return Conditions
To ensure a fair policy for all customers and our business, exchanges are only processed if the product:

Is returned within 15 days of delivery

Is unused, unstitched, unwashed, and undamaged

Has all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Passes our product quality check
Sale Items & Non-Exchangeable Products
We do not accept exchanges for:

Items purchased during sales, deals, or clearance offers

Custom-stitched or tailored products
-
Products explicitly marked as non-exchangeable
Missing Article Policy
If an item is missing from your order:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel

Delayed claims after 48 hours will not be entertained
Our team will investigate and offer a resolution as soon as possible.
Can I Re-Exchange an Item?
Yes, you may request a one-time re-exchange provided the product still meets our eligibility criteria. Repeated re-exchanges are discouraged unless due to a valid issue.
